George James' practice focuses on motor vehicle accidents, construction defect defense, first party claims, SIU/Arson and analyzing coverage issues in the firm's Columbia office. He previously served as both a runner and a law clerk at MGC. Prior to joining MGC as an attorney, George clerked for the now retired Honorable G. Thomas Cooper, Jr.

Outside of the office, George is a member of Midtown Fellowship in Columbia. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Catherine, and their daughters, Miller and Campbell, in addition to playing golf and attending South Carolina sporting events. He is originally from Sumter, South Carolina.
