Mr. Lenker’s practice focuses on commercial transactions, commercial real estate, corporate law and creditors’ rights issues. 

In connection with his practice, Mr. Lenker represents clients in a wide range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, lending transactions, and the formation and restructuring of business entities. Mr. Lenker graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and a minor in English. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal. Mr. Lenker is admitted to practice in South Carolina and is a member of the South Carolina and Richland County Bar Associations.
