Mr. Lydon’s practice includes litigation involving business, bankruptcy, and probate matters. 

He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Mr. Lydon is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif. He regularly appears in state and federal courts representing individuals, financial institutions, and other corporate clients. Mr. Lydon is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Bankruptcy Law Association, and the Richland County Bar Association.
