Mr. Lydon’s practice includes litigation involving business, bankruptcy, and probate matters. 

He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Mr. Lydon is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe and the Order of the Coif. He regularly appears in state and federal courts representing individuals, financial institutions, and other corporate clients. He was selected for inclusion in the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 editions of The Best Lawyers in America, as well as the 2010 and 2011 editions of South Carolina Super Lawyers. Mr. Mr. Lydon was selected as one of the Midlands' Legal Elite by Greater Columbia Business Monthly magazine in 2010 and 2011. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Richland County Bar Association.
