Terra Mayhugh Futch

Ms. Futch represents clients in a variety of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including real estate closings, contract review and drafting, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate and foreclosure litigation.

She graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice, where she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and a recipient of the Valedictorian Scholars Award. Ms. Futch earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in law school, she was named to the Order of the Wig and Robe and was also a recipient of the CALI Award for Contracts I and the Pro Bono Service Award. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
