Kathleen Palinski

Ms. Palinski has practiced law with an emphasis on the areas of probate administration, estate planning, and fiduciary administration. 

She is certified as a Family Court Mediator. She received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Michigan State University, a Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Prior to law school, Kathleen was a member of senior management for Bankers Trust of South Carolina. In 2000, the South Carolina Bar Association recognized Ms. Palinski the Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year for her work in providing legal services to indigent hospice patients. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Richland County Bar Association, and is currently serving as the Chair of the Probate Committee.
