He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and received his Juris Doctor from the USC School of Law. Mr. Ross served as law clerk for the Honorable L. Casey Manning of the Fifth Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Columbia Homebuilders Association, and the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors.
