P. Gunnar Nistad

Mr. Nistad practices civil litigation including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, construction defects, commercial disputes, products liability, and complex litigation. 

He graduated from Dartmouth College with a B.A. in history, received an M.B.A. from The Citadel, and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Mr. Nistad is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the Charleston Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the District of South Carolina and the Unites States Court of Appeals in the Fourth Circuit.
