Mark Davis

Mr. Davis’ practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense. 

He is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Mr. Davis earned a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Honor Council and a representative of the Student Bar Association. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, South Carolina Self-Insurers Association and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He is admitted to practice in the South Carolina Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina, and all South Carolina Administrative Courts. Mr. Davis is named in The Best Lawyers in America 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 editions. Mr. Davis frequently lectures to local, statewide and national organizations on matters related to workers’ compensation law.
