Ms. Hiser’s practice focuses on utilities law, energy regulation, and insurance law. 

Ms. Hiser graduated from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Arts in history. She earned a Masters of Science in Library Science from the University of Kentucky and received her Juris Doctor with honors from the Washington College of Law at The American University in Washington, DC. Ms. Hiser is a member of the Maryland Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the South Carolina Bar.
