Tom Chase

Mr. Chase’s practice focuses on litigation, including automobile liability, business tort, commercial trucking, toxic tort/mold litigation, products liability, premises liability, construction defects and insurance coverage. 

He is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal and a recipient of the Pro Bono Award. Mr. Chase is a former Assistant Attorney General from the Office of the Attorney General for South Carolina, and Deputy Solicitor from the Office of the Solicitor for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, Greenville County Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
