Mr. Morgan practices in the area of litigation, including personal injury, arson and insurance fraud, bad faith, premises liability, products liability, and insurance coverage.
He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel in 1982 and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1985. Mr. Morgan is admitted to practice in the South Carolina Supreme Court, the United States Federal District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the Greenville County Bar Association, American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, American Board of Trial Advocates, South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, Defense Research Institute, International Association of Arson Investigators, South Carolina Insurance Fraud Investigators, and The John Belton O'Neall Inn of Court. He currently serves as the vice chair of the Premises and Securities Liability Section of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. Mr. Morgan is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and is named in Best Lawyers in insurance law and personal injury law.
