Charles D. "Chuck" Cheney

Mr. Cheney practices in the area of workers’ compensation defense.

He graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in 1986. Mr. Cheney received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with honors in 1995. He is a North Carolina Board Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law. Mr. Cheney is a former vice president of the board of Kid's Chance of North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, North Carolina State Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, and the Defense Research Institute.
