Mr. Spainhour’s practice focuses on general liability defense, commercial litigation and consumer anti-fraud work.

He has tried cases in various courts throughout North Carolina, defended professionals before the National Association of Securities Dealers, and defended others before various state regulatory agencies. Mr. Spainhour is admitted to practice in United States District Courts for the western, middle, and eastern districts of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the Council on Litigation Management and the Defense Research Institute.
