She graduated from the College of Saint Joseph with a Bachelor of Science in political science/pre-law. Ms. Taylor received her Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Since graduation she worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ms. Taylor is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys and North Carolina Insurance Crime Information Exchange.
