Mr. Davis’ practice focuses on general liability defense, as well as business and real estate litigation. He handles litigation in both federal and state court and has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.

He graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. Mr. Davis received a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was Research Editor of the ABA Real Property Probate and Trust Journal. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association.
