Mr. Rawl’s practice focuses on employment law and general liability defense.

He graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science. Mr. Rawl received a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law and received the CALI award for Real Estate I (Commercial). Mr. Rawl is a member of the American Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. 

Mr. Rawl co-authored "Impact of Illegal Aliens on Workers' Compensation Costs," Declarations (Excess/Surplus Lines Claims Association), Winter 2008, and is a frequent author of employment-related articles.
