Mr. Boineau’s practice concentrates on general litigation, insurance defense, and construction litigation.

He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Mr. Boineau received a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James R. Barber, III. Mr. Boineau is a member of the South Carolina State Bar and the Richland County Bar Association including their Young Lawyer’s Division.
