Robert C. "Bob" Calamari

Robert C. "Bob" Calamari is in his twentieth year of litigation practice, including all forms of litigation with an emphasis on construction defect litigation, insurance coverage issues and product liability litigation including construction products, consumer products and pharmaceutical products.

Mr. Calamari is licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina, and he is a certified mediator and has helped numerous litigants favorably resolve many cases over the past several years. He received his college degree from Duke University in 1988, where he was a member of the football and baseball teams. He earned his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1992, where he was a member of law review and moot court. He received American Jurisprudence awards in Contracts I, Contracts II, Advanced Sales, Property and Appellate Advocacy. In 2009, Bob served as president of the Horry County Bar Association. Bob is a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association, South Carolina Bar Association and North Carolina Bar Association.
