Mr. Bornemann’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense.

He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as president of the Student Bar Association, was a member of the John Belton O’Neal Inn of Court and founded the Law School Advocates, a student organization designed to represent the school in various capacities. David also holds his bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of South Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, Richland County Bar Association and South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. He is a 2010 graduate of the South Carolina Bar's Leadership Academy.
