Sterling G. Davies

Mr. Davies’ practice includes general litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation, products liability, premises liability, insurance litigation, and major loss cases. He leads the firm's litigation practice group.

He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. Mr. Davies received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe, The Moot Court Bar and the ABA Real Property, Probate & Trust Journal. He is currently serving as treasurer of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association and is serving on the steering committee of the Defense Research Institute's 2010 Construction Law Seminar. Mr. Davies regularly defends clients in state and federal courts. He is a member of the South Carolina and Richland County Bar Associations, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
