Mr. Garrett concentrates his practice in the area of workers’ compensation law. 

He graduated from Western Carolina University and is a cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Wig and Robe, Order of the Coif, and the South Carolina Law Review. Mr. Garrett is a member of both the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar Associations. He is also a member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association. Mr. Garrett is one of the South Carolina attorneys practicing workers’ compensation law named in The Best Lawyers in America.
