Case Embry concentrates his practice on counseling and defending insurers in the areas of workers’ compensation and insurance coverage, including analysis of commercial and personal lines insurance coverage issues, drafting coverage opinions and litigating coverage disputes. Case regularly provides guidance for his clients through continuing education seminars and informal training sessions and has extensive litigation experience before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission and state and federal courts.

Case is a life-long resident of Mississippi and attended the University of Mississippi for undergraduate and law school. In law school, Case was a member of the Mississippi Law Journal, Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude. In his professional career, Case has received the Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star award and named Most Valuable Attorney by a nation-wide insurer. He has also served as President of the Lafayette County Bar Association and as a member of the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Executive Committee.

Outside of work, Case enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time with his wife and two children.
