This seminar is a full day seminar with registration beginning at 7:45am, opening remarks at 8:15am and ending at 5:00pm. We are happy to provide this seminar complimentary to our clients!

We also hope you will be able to join us for our Holiday Reception immediately following the seminar at 5:00 pm. If you are unable to attend the Educational Seminar, we would love to have you join us at the reception to celebrate the beginning of the holiday season!


CE CREDITS:
This seminar has been APPROVED by the North Carolina Department of Insurance/Prometric for six (6) General Insurance continuing education credits.


*NOTE: Attendees will need to stay for full day seminar to receive the six CE Credits. Partial credits are not approved by NCDOI/Prometric for this course.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Charlotte University Place for Wednesday, November 14, 2012 and Thursday, November 15, 2012. We have secured a discounted rate of $112.95 per night until November 5, 2012 for a limited number of rooms.

PARKING:
Please arrive early to obtain convenient parking. There is complimentary self-parking available in the hotel parking lot or valet parking is available for $5.00. Additional overflow parking is available to the left of the hotel in the Office Depot parking lot.

*Please do not park in the Rooms to Go or the WellsFargo Bank parking lots due to their parking restrictions. Due to these restrictions you may be towed.


GOING GREEN:
MG&C will not be providing a full binder of each session's handouts at the 2012 Educational Seminar. Attendees will be able to access all session handouts submitted by the speakers on this website in advance, during and after the program. You will also be provided a USB Flash Drive on site that will include all of the session handouts.
