McAngus Goudelock & Courie is pleased to announce that Blake A. McKie and Robert R. Sansbury III have joined the firm’s Charleston, S.C. office.
Mr. McKie’s practice focuses on civil litigation including construction and business litigation. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member editor on the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and a representative in the Student Bar Association. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association.
Mr. Sansbury’s practice focuses on general liability defense including premises liability, personal injury, construction defects, insurance coverage disputes, products liability and motor vehicle accidents. He received his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the John Belton O’Neil Inn of Court, served as president of the Criminal Law Society, and received the Judge Joseph F. Anderson Best Advocate Award. He holds a bachelor’s degree in language and international trade from Clemson University. After law school, Mr. Sansbury clerked for South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Roger M. Young. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Charleston County Bar Association.
