James D. "J.D." McAlister joins the firm's Charlotte office
McAngus Goudelock & Courie, LLC is pleased to announce that James D. “J.D.” McAlister has joined the firm’s Charlotte office. J.D.’s practice focuses on general liability defense.
He graduated from Davidson College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. J.D. received his Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law where he was a Captain on the National Trial Team, as well as a member of the Moot Court Board. He was inducted into the Order of Barristers and received the Robert Goldberg Award for aptitude and ethics in trial advocacy. J.D. is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District Court of North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
