NASHVILLE, TN – Law firm McAngus Goudelock & Courie (MGC) is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Robert Martin to their Nashville office. For nearly a decade, Martin has represented businesses and individuals in employment litigation across state and federal courts. He regularly presents to local organizations, including the Nashville Bar Association and Tennessee Bar Association, on topics related to employment law. Martin has been recognized for his practice by Tennessee Super Lawyers since 2018.

Martin earned a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science from Belmont University. While studying at the university’s College of Law, he served as editor-in-chief of the Belmont Law Review and competed on their nationally-ranked Mock Trial Team. Martin is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Nashville Bar Association, where he serves as co-chair to their Employment Law and Civil Rights Committee. He is also a board member and the former secretary of Book’em, a non-profit focused on creating a more literate Nashville.
