Vinnie Sorrentino’s practice focuses on litigation, premises liability, construction litigation, motor vehicle litigation, trucking and transportation and products liability. He represents insurance carriers, their insureds, self-insured entities and public-sector clients in first- and third-party settings. With several years of litigation experience, Vinnie brings a practical and results-driven approach to defending complex claims, emphasizing proactive communication and litigation strategies tailored to each client's goals and risk tolerance.

Prior to joining MGC, Vinnie practiced insurance defense and general litigation and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kevin T. Smith. Vinnie has trial experience in a variety of liability matters, and has obtained favorable verdicts and summary judgment dismissals on behalf of his clients in premises liability, construction defect and civil rights cases. Vinnie is known for helping clients navigate litigation efficiently while remaining prepared to aggressively defend matters through trial when necessary.

Outside of work, Vinnie enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons. He is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys weightlifting, CrossFit, and running marathons and half marathons. He is also a dedicated New York Yankees fan.
