Heidi Rofuth’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, bad faith and litigation at MGC’s Boston office. With experience advising on coverage and defense matters across a wide range of personal and commercial insurance policies, Heidi approaches each case with careful analysis and practical judgment. She understands the importance of connecting with clients to fully understand their needs and provide the best legal representation possible.

Prior to joining MGC, Heidi practiced insurance defense and handled bad faith and insurance coverage matters. In her previous role, she drafted legal recommendations and coverage opinions involving homeowners, renters, commercial liability, umbrella, personal excess liability, business auto and automobile insurance policies. Her work addressed claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, theft, arson, defamation, class action lawsuits and wrongful death, among other complex issues. Heidi’s matters have been resolved through settlement or dismissal, reflecting her strategic and resolution-oriented approach to litigation.

In her personal time, Heidi enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, skiing, traveling and gardening. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her toy poodle, Scout.
