Alexander Fain represents employers, insurers and self-insured employers in workers' compensation matters throughout Georgia. He focuses on all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, from claim investigation and compensability disputes through discovery, hearings, appeals, and settlement. Alexander is committed to providing practical, strategic advice that helps clients efficiently manage claims while minimizing risk and controlling litigation costs.

Since beginning his legal career nearly a decade ago, Alexander has developed extensive experience defending complex workers' compensation claims involving catastrophic injuries, medical causation disputes, statutory defenses, compensability issues and return-to-work matters. Prior to joining MGC, he practiced with firms concentrating on insurance law, workers' compensation and healthcare-related litigation, where he also handled medical reimbursement matters and advised clients through complex insurance disputes.

Born in Columbia, South Carolina, and raised in Augusta, Georgia, Alexander enjoys exploring new places and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Rebecca, can often be found hiking and exploring new trails with their daughters, Emerson and Margot, in tow.
