Ben’s practice focuses on workers' compensation defense at the firm’s Raleigh office. He has been board certified by the North Carolina State Bar in Workers' Compensation since 2017 and has extensive experience in representing employers and carriers in all phases through the life of a claim. With nearly two decades of experience, Ben takes great pride in understanding his clients' goals, whether that be early resolution or proceeding with litigation and works to ensure that his clients have all of the information necessary to make well-informed decisions on the appropriate course of action to take.

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, snow skiing, spending time in Atlantic Beach with his family, entertaining his Goldendoodle (Nelly) and cheering on the North Carolina Tar Heels and Carolina Hurricanes.
