Breanna Petroutson’s practice focuses on general litigation, trucking and transportation and government and municipal liability at MGC, where she represents insurance companies and their insureds. With four years of experience in insurance defense, Breanna brings a strategic and results‑driven approach to defending complex liability claims. She understands the importance of identifying what constitutes a true “win” for each client and aligning every legal strategy toward achieving that goal.

Prior to joining MGC, Breanna practiced at an insurance defense firm where she handled matters involving government liability, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation and general litigation. She also has prior experience in immigration law, giving her a well‑rounded perspective on client advocacy. Breanna has assisted in trial monitoring and preparation and is well‑versed in guiding cases toward efficient and favorable resolution.

In her personal time, Breanna enjoys running, reading, baking and swimming.
