Brooklynn Murdaugh’s practice focuses on general liability matters, including construction defect, motor vehicle litigation, premises liability and management and professional liability, where she represents insurance companies. Brooklynn approaches each matter with a thoughtful and client‑centered mindset, placing an emphasis on transparency and open communication to ensure clients remain informed and confident throughout the life of a case.

Prior to joining MGC, Brooklynn practiced at a law firm specializing in construction law, business litigation and insurance defense, where she concentrated on construction defect and insurance defense litigation. She also gained experience in estate planning with a separate law firm, further strengthening her attention to detail and client service skills. In August 2025, Brooklynn assisted lead counsel in a significant construction case that resulted in a defense verdict, providing her with valuable trial‑level experience.

In her personal time, Brooklynn enjoys spending time with her husband, Buster, their son, Tripp, and their two dogs, Grady and Miller.
