C. Adam Carvin

Adam Carvin’s practice focuses on construction litigation, litigation and premises liability at the firm’s Atlanta office, where he represents general contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, developers and suppliers. With nearly two decades of experience, Adam has represented clients at all phases of litigation, including arbitration, mediation and trial. He believes in the importance of “finding creative solutions to complex issues and comprehensive post-case review processes focused on limiting future exposure and risk.” Prior to joining MGC, Adam practiced commercial construction litigation and commercial and contract law in Atlanta. 

In Adam’s personal time, he enjoys being active as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt and instructor, competing as a multiple-time gold medalist in tournaments. At home, he enjoys spending time with his three sons, an Australian Shepherd, an axolotl and pursues gardening with a focus on peppers and making hot sauce.
