Candace Rogers’s practice focuses on professional liability, premises liability and trucking in the firm’s Atlanta office, where she represents insurance companies and corporate entities. With two decades of experience, Candace “seek[s] to listen, understand and respect concerns, thoughts and perspectives.” She believes “this proves extremely important in creating a collaborative working approach with clients and to ensure continued partnership and long-lasting relationships, both professionally and personally.”

Prior to joining MGC, Candace practiced general liability, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate law and workers’ compensation in Atlanta, both for plaintiffs and defendants. She has also served as co-counsel for 5-to-7-day jury trials. Initially, she began her legal career as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable M. Gino Brogdon, Sr. in the Fulton County Superior Court, followed by internships at the Georgia Attorney General’s Office and the Supreme Court of Georgia under the tutelage of Justice Robert Benham.

Outside of MGC, Candace enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports and playing with her puppy Giovanni, “Gio”. Additionally, she is committed to giving back to her community through volunteering in community fairs to educate those without access to legal counsel, supporting local and statewide political election campaigns through volunteer efforts, mentoring young girls to foster self-worth and esteem and serving at her local church.
