Casey Herm’s practice focuses on litigation, construction litigation and premises liability at the firm’s Charleston office, where she represents businesses and individuals. Casey believes in the importance of “getting to know clients and what's most important to them in order to advocate for their best interests throughout every stage of litigation.” Prior to joining MGC, Casey practiced civil defense litigation including premise liability, construction defect, government liability and employment law. 

In Casey’s personal time, she enjoys traveling, going to the beach and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles. Outside of work, she spends time with her fiancé and their dog, Rocky.
