Chloe Kennedy’s practice at MGC focuses on litigation, representing insurance companies and their insureds. With seven years of legal experience (six of which are dedicated to insurance defense litigation) Chloe brings a calm, client‑centered approach to navigating complex disputes. She understands the importance of clear communication and responsiveness, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the litigation process.

Prior to joining MGC, Chloe practiced at an insurance defense firm handling insurance defense litigation matters. In that role, she developed significant experience advocating for insureds and guiding cases from inception through resolution. Chloe is known for her availability and her ability to explain difficult issues in a way that helps clients confidently make informed decisions, even when litigation presents challenging paths forward.

In her personal time, Chloe enjoys cooking, reading and playing soccer. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two cats, Beau and James.
