Emily Bragg Faulkner’s practice focuses on litigation and workers’ compensation matters in the firm’s Memphis office. With over a decade of legal experience, Emily understands the importance of a "collaborative environment always with the goal of efficiently and effectively serving her clients." Emily has a demonstrated history of success litigating cases before the Tennessee Courts of Workers’ Compensation and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Her experience includes presenting oral arguments and handling matters in circuit and appellate courts across the state of Tennessee.

Outside of MGC, Emily and her husband stay active with their 2 young children and their Great Pyrenees dog. Emily enjoys spending time with her family and friends, sewing/crafting, traveling when able and tackling house projects.
