Erica's practice focus on general litigation, adulterated food, alcohol liability, commercial litigation, construction, director and officer liability, government liability, premises liability, professional liability, SIU/arson and fraud, slander/defamation and transportation in the firm's Nashville office. In 2024, she joined the Nashville Bar Foundation's Leadership Class, a program that unites emerging leaders in the legal field, providing monthly workshops designed to enhance their skills and foster their potential for positive impact within the legal profession and the local community.
"I value the trust clients place in me to solve their legal issues and it is important to me to maintain and strengthen that trust by listening closely to client concerns, advocating zealously and communicating honestly and transparently," says Erica. "I also believe preparation is key. As such, I always strive to be the most prepared person in the deposition, meeting or courtroom."
Outside of MGC, Erica enjoys fiber arts, cooking, traveling and seeing films at the Belcourt Theater, where she and her fiancé are members. They share two cats, Meredith and Minnie, who are "poorly behaved but make up for it by being adorable."
