Erin E. Lamb

Philadelphia, PA

Erin E. Lamb’s practice is focused on general liability claims, catastrophic loss, construction defect and insurance coverage, with extensive experience in early case evaluation, litigation strategy development and risk management. For nearly two decades, she has represented small businesses, corporations, attorneys, employers and homeowners' associations in state and federal courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Erin handles a broad spectrum of complex, high-exposure catastrophic loss and casualty cases, including claims involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, quadriplegia, loss of limb and multi-million-dollar property loss. Her defense work spans product liability, construction site accidents, workplace safety, premises liability, explosions, fires and building collapses. Erin was a member of the defense team in Philadelphia County’s largest personal injury matter, representing a national non-profit corporation in a five-month trial arising from the collapse of an adjacent building.

A recognized leader in the legal community, Erin currently serves as the Treasurer of the Philadelphia Bar Association and Treasurer of the Campaign for Qualified Judges—a Political Action Committee that supports the election of Philadelphia County judges and judicial candidates who receive recommendations from the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Judicial Commission. She has served on the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Board of Governors, as the Chair of the Women in the Profession Committee and the Women’s Rights Committee, as well as a liaison to the Legislative Affairs Committee. During her time as Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Division, Erin launched a city-wide expungement clinic in collaboration with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, the Mayor’s Office, Community Legal Services and First Judicial District—providing services to over 1,000 Philadelphians. She is also a member of Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel, The Lawyers’ Club of Philadelphia, the Temple American Inn of Court and the Brehon Law Society of Philadelphia.

After law school, Erin clerked in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. She takes immense pride in having helped deliver the First Judicial District’s first lawyers’ league softball championship.
