Gina’s practice focuses on general litigation, trucking and transportation and insurance coverage at the firm’s Knoxville office. She represents insurers and their insureds in a wide range of liability matters, bringing a practical and strategic approach informed by experience on both sides of the aisle. Gina understands how claims develop from inception through litigation and works closely with clients to provide clear communication and thoughtful case management at every stage.

Gina’s litigation background includes a year and a half of personal injury litigation experience, giving her valuable insight into plaintiff side case strategy and decision making. She also has experience handling workers’ compensation matters, further strengthening her ability to evaluate exposure, anticipate arguments and develop effective defense strategies. This well rounded perspective allows Gina to approach each file with a comprehensive understanding of the issues driving outcomes.

Outside of work, Gina has traveled to 24 countries and has played piano for more than two decades. She is also actively involved in Knoxville’s chess community.
