Heath Stewart’s practice focuses on general litigation, with an emphasis on construction defects, premise/products liability, automobile negligence and the occasional real estate transaction. He has practiced law for nearly two decades, with a specific focus on insurance litigation over the last decade.

Outside of MGC, Heath enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. When allowed out of the house, he enjoys being out on Lake Murray, playing golf (quite poorly, he adds) and rooting for the South Carolina Gamecocks.
