Jessica Park, located in MGC’s Boston office, represents insurers and reinsurers in a broad spectrum of insurance law matters, including complex coverage cases and disputes involving bad faith, extra-contractual liability and consumer protection claims. She also provides guidance to clients on insurance-related business disputes and regulatory issues, as well as consumer information privacy concerns and related matters.

Jessica has nearly two decades of legal experience and a deep understanding of the insurance industry’s business issues and offers valuable and comprehensive counsel to insurance companies. With her extensive understanding of intricate policy provisions and underwriting issues, she has the experience to navigate the legal landscape insurance carriers face. With a client-centric approach, Jessica provides her clients with keen legal acumen and strategic thinking, allowing solutions to be tailored to individual issues.

Outside of the office, Jessica and her family enjoy road and trail running, hiking and skiing.
