Kelly is valued by clients for her depth of knowledge, practical judgment and ability to craft informed defense approaches grounded in decades of hands‑on experience.

Prior to joining MGC, Kelly practiced extensively in workers’ compensation law, including serving as a partner and owner of a workers’ compensation and personal injury firm where she handled workers’ compensation matters for 15 years. Throughout her career, Kelly has handled both defense and claimant‑side matters, a range of experience that enhances her case evaluation, negotiation and litigation strategy.

In her personal time, Kelly enjoys playing pickleball, watching and attending Duke University sporting events (especially basketball), traveling and spending time with her daughter.
