With over two decades of experience in civil litigation, Kristina Pywowarczuk represents businesses, insurers and individuals in a wide range of matters, including HOA disputes, construction defect claims, premises and products liability, commercial litigation and motor vehicle liability. She has handled cases in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. Kristina has extensive experience handling all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through appeal. Her background includes jury trials, summary jury trials, bench trials, administrative hearings and dispositive motions. She has also argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Prior to entering civil practice, Kristina served for seven years as a Deputy Public Defender in Maricopa County, Arizona, where she gained substantial courtroom experience and developed a strong foundation in trial advocacy. She brings that same tenacity and attention to detail to her civil litigation work, guiding clients through complex disputes with a strategic approach.

Kristina is actively involved in the legal community through the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and DRI. She has served as a volunteer judge for Arizona’s state and regional mock trial competitions for over 20 years and supports civic education initiatives, such as the Arizona Law for Kids.
