Mason Littlefield’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation in the firm’s Charlotte office, where she represents employers, carriers and self-insureds in the retail, hospitality, construction, packaging/shipping, trucking, restaurant, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Mason currently serves as the Workers’ Compensation Team Leader for MGC’s Charlotte office.

With more than a decade of legal experience, Mason understands the importance of "thorough preparation, sound judgment and ability to combine practical insight with a confident approach to even the most challenging cases."

Prior to working at MGC, Mason worked as a prosecutor in Mecklenburg County—North Carolina’s largest prosecutorial district—for nearly seven years. During her time in public service, Mason handled a wide range of criminal matters and successfully tried numerous jury trials and hundreds of bench trials, developing sharp courtroom instincts and a deep understanding of case preparation.  Mason’s experience as a prosecutor taught her how think quickly under pressure and advocate with integrity. 

Outside of the office, Mason enjoys spending time her with husband and two boys, traveling and working out.
