Megan Reilly-Dreas’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, professional liability, real estate, construction, and appellate litigation in the firm’s Raleigh office, where she represents insurers. Megan believes in the importance of being “an attorney who is up to date on the most relevant legal developments, whether it be changes to case law, statutory regulations, or the ever-shifting legal landscape.” 

Prior to joining MGC, Megan served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Julee T. Flood at the North Carolina Court of Appeals and practiced medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability and correctional healthcare law. Megan also taught appellate legal writing and oral advocacy as Adjunct Faculty at Elon University School of Law 

In Megan’s personal time, she lives in Durham with the love of her life and their two dogs. Outside of work, she can be found at storytelling events or practicing the lost art of longform, handwritten correspondence.
