Morgan Miller’s practice focuses on personal injury defense, construction defect litigation and premises liability in the firm’s Charleston office, where she represents business entities and insurance carriers. Morgan believes in the importance of “consistent and effective communication to maintain client trust and obtain the best possible outcomes.”  

Prior to joining MGC, Morgan practiced insurance law with an emphasis on mass toxic torts including asbestos and talc litigation. She has also practiced family, estate planning and real estate law. 

In Morgan’s personal time, she enjoys cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies and spending time with her family and rescue dog, Lincoln.
