Nicole Bleuer has more than a decade of experience defending insurers and their insureds in complex first- and third-party tort matters across North Carolina. She represents clients in high-exposure disputes involving liability, coverage interpretation and risk management, delivering practical, results-driven solutions tailored to each matter. On the corporate side, Nicole has served as lead counsel for regional and multi-state companies in commercial litigation and general corporate advisory roles. This broad experience enables her to guide clients through multifaceted operational and compliance challenges while keeping business objectives at the forefront.
Nicole’s foundation in advocacy began early in her legal career; while a student at Campbell Law, she provided pro bono representation through the Bankruptcy Clinic and served as Community Service Chair for the Women in Law Society. Nicole also gained experience with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Disability Adjudication and Review, the Wake County Attorney’s Office and the North Carolina Court of Appeals, developing early insight into administrative and appellate practice.
Outside of MGC, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, Willie and Waylon.
