Patrick Nachtsheim’s practice focuses on construction litigation and professional liability matters in the firm’s Atlanta office. Drawing on his background in mechanical engineering, intellectual property and patent law, Patrick brings a strong technical understanding and detail-oriented approach to evaluating complex legal issues and developing practical solutions for his clients.

Patrick began his legal career practicing patent law, where he developed extensive experience working with sophisticated technologies and complex technical subject matter. This experience strengthened his ability to analyze intricate issues, assess and manage risk and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders. His technical and legal background provides a unique perspective that complements his current practice in construction and professional liability defense.

Outside of his legal practice, Patrick enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Jade, and their dog, Maverick.
