Ross Currie’s practice focuses on insurance coverage, bad faith and litigation. He primarily represents insurance companies, licensed professionals and employers across a wide range of industries in complex disputes. With nearly 20 years of experience, Ross brings a pragmatic, business‑minded approach to resolving coverage, employment and business litigation matters. He does not simply provide legal analysis and advocacy, but gives clients clear, concise advice to resolve matters as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Prior to joining MGC, Ross practiced with multiple firms handling sophisticated insurance coverage, employment, professional liability and commercial litigation matters. Ross has litigated matters in both state and federal courts and has been involved in significant published decisions addressing insurance coverage and commercial disputes. His background allows him to efficiently assess risk, develop and communicate strategy clearly and position cases for effective resolution.

Ross lives in South Philadelphia with his wife, toddler and two cats. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tabletop role‑playing games, cooking and cheering on the Phillies, Eagles, Penn State Nittany Lions and Chelsea Football Club.
